SUGGESTED USAGE
As a dietary supplement for men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime, and 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning. Begin with half the recommended serving (3 serving daily) to asses your tolerance.
