(1) The stainless steel bell is being "worked" into the foreskin. The general idea is to gently manipulate the skin over the bell and onto the stainless slider. It helps greatly to hold the bell under very warm tap water before applying. This helps to reduce friction between the skin and the bell, thus, allowing the skin to slide along the steel in a much easier fashion.
(2) The skin is almost completely over the stainless slider. The more skin you have the easier it will be to pull the skin over the bell and onto the slider.
(3) The skin is completely upon the slider and is being secured in place. 1" water proof tape is being used here.
(4) The one inch tape is not only around the skin, but is also being wrapped around the stainless slider. This will keep the R2K from coming off in any situation.
(5) The R2K is fully attached and we are ready to apply some tension. Be careful not to tape the skin too tightly and do not use too much tension.
(6) The R2K is in position with tension applied. To apply tension you simply pull the slider to the desired position on the tube. The best way to do it is to position the brass cap in the palm of your hand and pull the slider along the tube with your index and middle fingers. If the device is properly taped it will remain in position all day.
